WhyPark is a minisite development platform. It monetizes traffic via two-click PPC scheme (Overture data feed). Like Noomle and BenePark, WhyPark is designed to generate SE traffic, but, contrary to them, advertising commission goes to WhyPark and then distributed to domain owners.
WhyPark was started in April 2006. In 2009 WhyPark was acquired by Parked.com, but continues to operate the same way.

Approximate number of parked domains is 230K (August 2011).
